Journalist Stuart Forster cooks healthy food using Salter Megastone pans and a Salter Megastone Health Grill and Panini Maker. They require little or no oil for cooking.
On a chilly winter day, Stuart, a keen amateur cook. prepares coconut and cashew dal in a 28cm Salter Megastone wok.
When that tasty dish is almost ready he cooks grilled chicken using chicken breast marinated in Greek yoghurt, Madras curry powder and chilli powder on the Megastone Health Grill. The recipe, which has a few variations here, comes from a Joe Wicks' Lean in 15 book.
To complete the meal, he then heats parathas in a 28cm Salter Megastone frying pan.
There was lots of the dal, sometimes spelt as coconut and cashew daal, left over for easy midweek meals. Once thawed, the dal can be quickly reheated in a Salter Megastone saucepan.
