Organisations with a standard on-boarding process experience 50% greater new hire retention and that's a fact! But what does an on-boarding program consist of and how to build one from scratch. I will be sharing my experience with building onboarding programs for a start-up environment, but also a well-established IT company and how their specific team onboarding needs led me to a deeper understanding of such a program build-up.
