This week we're giving pineapple another go with Traeger's recipe for Smoked Whole Pineapple. It's so delicious, and so easy! What else should we try smoking?

RECIPE:
Whole Pineapple Rind removed
2 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 Cup brown sugar
Mix dry ingredients then coat the out side of the Pine apple with it
1 cup honey put on right before it goes on the grill

Cook at Max temp(450F or 500F) for 30 min (we did ~35min) rotating every 5-8 min
Let cool for a couple minutes and enjoy!
