Here's how to draw quick urban watercolor style illustrations in procreate. This is a somewhat cleaner/storybook style watercolor technique that's suitable for beginners... but you have to stick with the process through the end and trust it, because it can get a little bit hard about midway (this workflow can look pretty discouraging halfway through)
