RUST | BeachHouse Roleplay | Design

Design has an open living area which is clad in beautiful top pine timber on the ceiling, making for a warm, comfortable environment.
Three floors featuring a top balcony to overlook a stunning scenery of your choice so build this towards something you are trying to showcase. Make sure there is plenty of flat land and check if foundations are possible.

I did not add cost and upkeep because in a RP server farming it's not an issue.
