This award represents countless hours spent supporting dogs and horses who needed safety, structure, and understanding. It represents the veterans and handlers who trusted us with their healing. It represents students who grew in confidence, families who found hope, and a community that believes ethical training should always come first.

For a small team, this recognition means more than we can say. We’ve never chased shortcuts, trends, or quick fixes. We’ve chosen the harder path—force-free, fear-free, trauma-informed care—because it’s the right path. And being honored for ethical leadership confirms that the work matters as much as the results.
