This video is packed with massage advice on treating shoulder pain and biceps tendonitis from Rock Climbing. This was her 2nd session working with this pain and had already improved quite a bit. You'll learn lots of advanced massage techniques, muscle testing, assessment and hopefully laugh/enjoy the demonstration. Originally i was going to use this for building a course at ShadlesTAble.com but it didn't happen yet, maybe one day. Even after just watching this session, since it was filmed april 2022, I've already learned and changed my private practice so much. I look forward to showing you more of what i do.
