My personal documentation of our run during the Magsanga Trail Run last 25 August 2024. It was supposed to be a 15km route but at Kilometer 12, trail signs were nowhere to be found. Our adventure/mishap started there. Running my girlfriend's pace, we could have finished the course in just a little over 4hours. At 12km, we were at 3h20m but trail markers disappeared. We lost our way for about 3km looking for tracks, running through false trails. Got back on track, by luck, after that and covered 3km more. We ended up doing 18km and took 6h20m to cross the finish line. Glad we were all safe and generally okay. 🐢
