At some point, you may run into conversations of low moments in someone's life. If you're not self-aware, if you're not qualified, and if you haven't got a list of providers that are more qualified to handle whatever this person is going through, you won't be able to effectively help this person.

Your job is to direct your people and your team to the solution they're looking for, and that solution is not always going to be you.
