What's going to happen on September 23, 2017? There's the Revelation 12 sign in the heavens on that date. The end time Elijah forerunner should appear in 2017 with the power of Christ. The sign is pointing to 2017 as the date for his appearance. He will not necessarily appear on that date but he should appear in the year 2017.

This lines up with Daniel's prophecy in Daniel9:25 about an "anointed prince" coming 49 years after the Jews start to restore and build Jerusalem. He should begin his end time ministry in 2017.
