Hi there! Are you ready to explore the final two ideas of our fourth review period in our inspiring video series on 'A Course in Miracles'? Let's dive right in!

As you're now well familiar, we will start our day with a five-minute meditation dedicated to this profound idea, the central theme of all the lessons in this fourth review period we'll conclude today:

"My mind holds only what I think with God."

Remember: a five-minute meditation in the morning, inviting the guidance of the Holy Spirit, will align our minds with His, allowing Him to be in charge of our thoughts for the rest of the day!

"My mind holds only what I think with God."

With our minds prepared, let's look at the two final ideas for this review period:

(139) "I will accept Atonement for myself."

(140) "Only salvation can be said to cure."

Now, close your eyes and gently whisper these thoughts to yourself:

"I will accept Atonement for myself."

"Only salvation can be said to cure."

Let each word shine with the divine meaning God has given it, and allow each idea to unveil the special gift God has placed in it for you to receive.

Throughout the day, at every hour, we'll remind ourselves of the central idea we started our day with:

"My mind holds only what I think with God."

Then, without any rush, we'll revisit our two ideas of the day:

"I will accept Atonement for myself."

"Only salvation can be said to cure."

Take all the time you need to fully embrace these ideas and welcome the gifts they hold for you.

As the day draws to a close, let's remember to revisit the thought we began with:

"My mind holds only what I think with God."

And there we have it - the end of today's lesson and our fourth review period!
