Focus on creating a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that meets the basic needs of your audience. This allows you to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments. Finally, deliver your solution to a small market first to measure its effectiveness before scaling up.

Feedback is crucial in product development. Instead of relying solely on your assumptions, listen to what the market says. The stories you tell about your product—founder story, brand story, and user story—are essential for marketing. People buy benefits, not features, and testimonials from users can significantly boost your sales.

The key to success lies in continuous improvement. Revisit each step of the process to ensure you are on the right track. Many entrepreneurs fail to achieve big scale because they neglect to return to the basics. Remember, your biggest growth often comes from the ground up.
