Visuals have emerged of large-scale protests in Esfahan, Tehran, Hamedan, and Fars provinces following a currency collapse in Iran. Demonstrators attempted to storm government buildings, leaving three police officers injured and four people arrested in Fasa. Authorities declared a last-minute public holiday, closed schools and universities, and increased security in key areas. President Masoud Pezeshkian promised to hear “legitimate demands,” while the Prosecutor General warned of decisive action against attempts to destabilize the country.
