Hunter railway operations of 1993 when the ALCo was still king.

~ Thanks to Brian Atkins, we are going to be able to witness the end of an era, as the new 82/90 class come into service and wipe out the surviving beloved NSW ALCos ~

Brian Atkins is back and has given us some really amazing Aussie railway footage to share. Some wonderful footage from New South Wales and interstate will be coming your way over the coming months (years?)

We have entered 1993, the beginning of another twelve months of Hunter rail action. While not hugely different from how 1992 ended up, we now have the much loved ALCo DL541 45 class returned for coming episodes.
We are lucky to be able to give much coverage of the end of the ALCo era.

Early 90s coal, freight, and passenger traffic through various locations around the Hunter and lower north coast regions.
442, 44, 45, 46, 48, 86, and 81 class mostly in this one.
XPT and V Set cameos
Hunter area freight and passenger traffic.
Seriously high amounts of 'World Series' ALCo content.

This is what the internet was made for...........possibly.
