In today’s video, I’m sharing a personal life update as I reflect on the transitions happening in this spring season—moving things into a new apartment, growing strawberries in my garden, and most importantly, facing the resurfacing of intrusive thoughts, and struggles with doubt.

This is a real, vulnerable chat about what it’s like to walk through mental health battles while holding onto faith in Jesus. I open up about living with obsessive-compulsive tendencies, moral perfectionism, and the ongoing journey of trusting God through valleys of anxiety and uncertainty.
