So do you need a business license as a freelancer? Although there are a few factors to be considered such as your location, I still suggest you get one. Why? There are a few benefits of getting one which are discussed in the video.

Though there are various licenses that you might need such as sole proprietor and S-corps, the majority of freelancers actually only need one business license, and I suggest you get an LLC. Again, I explained in the video why.
