How to make chocolate condensed milk frosting | 2 ingredients chocolate frosting

10-12 cupcakes
1 can condensed milk
35 gr cocoa powder
I am using nylon pastry bag and open star tip.

Note: use strong pastry piping bag or double your plastic piping bag. When you frost abd decorate your cupcakes ir cake.
