1 tablespoon turmeric
1/2 tablespoon curry
1 tablespoon bloomed saffron
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper

Saffron barberry rice (zereshk polo):
3 1/2 cups rice
1 cup barberry
2 tablespoons bloomed saffron
