While some of the scientists in this video give quite hopeful projections/observations in this video that Exxon themselves produced; NOAA estimates that the oil killed about 250,000 seabirds, 2,800 otters, 300 harbor seals, 250 bald eagles, up to about 22 Killer Whales and an unprecedented number of salmon and herring eggs, as the spill affected more 1,300 miles of shoreline. While short term research by Exxon was again quite optimistic we know now, that even 25 years after the spill fresh oil was still being found on the rocks, beaches, and wildlife...
