There are many Excel functions that include the word "ROW" in their names. Some, like ROW and ROWS, have been around for a while, whereas others, such as TOROW, BYROW, WRAPROWS, and CHOOSEROWS are relatively new, often causing confusion because of their name although they have distinct actions.
