Then you should make these basic gluten-free crepes with rice flour and zero grams of sugar!

These sugar-free very tasty crepes without wheat flour could be a perfect dish if you want to be in good health and eat yummy food! The recipe is so easy that it will be your favorite breakfast, you don't even need butter!
Ingredients:

Milk - 200 ml.
Water - 200 ml.
Eggs - 4
Rice flour - 300-400 gr.
Sweetener

Cooking process:
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl.
2. Add sweetener
3. Pour milk and water into the bowl with eggs.
4. Add rice flour and mix it together. The batter should be thin enough that they spread properly, if it is not so add some extra milk or rice flour.
5. Place a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, pour about 1/4 cup batter into the hot pan. Tilt pan until batter covers the whole bottom surface making a thin pancake; cook for 1 minute. Flip and cook about 1 more minute.

RECIPE COMMENTARY:
I don't use butter and oil to fry the pancakes, if you can't flip them spray your frying pan with cooking spray.
Take care not too put the heat high and burn the pancakes.
