Will National League side Dagenham and Redbridge use their perfect shell and maxed out training facilities, youth facilities, junior coaching and youth recruitment to their advantage and develop their own wonderkids to rise up the ranks, or will their low reputation stop them climbing to the Premier League in FM23? This turns out to be one of my favourite FM23 experiments!
