Ontario 12" Sawback Machete - Review - Good budget survival option?

I'm on a quest for the perfect survival machete. -Picturing a custom sheath with a multiple pockets for a sharpener and survival kit. The machete itself will be modified with a typical edge for chopping, but then a more acute edge at the base of the blade for sharpening. Could it be a one-tool option? These are future topic as the series continues.
