I did some research on the expensive flower that I mentioned in this episode. After finally figuring out it's name the titan arum it is only available in the fall. I'm very confused by that because there was a weird looking flower I remember getting in the spring and holding on to it forever to make it into honey. But oh well! Episodes 1-7 were filmed over 3 days so you may hear this a few more times!
