Ingredients:
Peetalu(crab)-4
Onion (paste)-2 (medium)
Ginger garlic paste-1 tablespoon
Green chilies-6
Coriander cumin powder-1 1/2 tablespoon
Chili powder-2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
Salt-as per taste
Oil-3 tablespoons
Brinjal(slices)-1
Tamarind-1 big lemon size or *raw tamarind juice from 7 tamarinds
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves- for garnish
raw tamarind juice: take fresh raw tamarind and water in a vessel cook for 10 mins. let it cool and squeeze juice without any pulp.
