1 lb Black Kale

1- 2 tbsps Coconut oil(feel free to use olive oil if you prefer)

1 onion, sliced

3 - 4 cloves garlic, sliced or minced

Red pepper flakes to taste

Approximately 1/4 cup Broth

Salt and pepper to taste

Sometimes I'll do an additon of a couple splashes of Balsamic Vinegar (optional but very tasty)
