Ingredients:

Brown sugar - ½cup (100g)

Sugar - ¼cup (50g)

Oil - ½cup (120ml)

Egg - 2

Vanilla essence - 1tsp

Yogurt - ⅓cup (80ml)

All purpose flour - 1⅓cup cup (175g)

Baking powder - 1tsp

Baking soda - ½tsp

Cinnamon powder - 1tsp

Nutmeg powder - ¼tsp

Salt - ¼tsp

Carrot - 2cup (220g) (grated)

Walnut - ½cup (60g) (chopped)


Frosting:
Cream cheese - ½cup (115g) (room temperature)

Butter - 2tbsp (30g)

Powdered sugar - 1cup (120g)


Made 12 cupcakes

Bake in preheated oven (180°C) for 20 - 25 mins
