Shane Gillis seems visibly uncomfortable and stays quiet when plastic surgery is talked about because he knows he would get roasted on the Internet if he agrees with Matt since Shane's own girlfriend Grace Brassel appears to have had a lot of cosmetic work done as well as having fake boobies. So Shane wouldn't have a leg to stand on when he's part of the problem dating someone who honestly looks like a completely different person in every photo she posts from so many procedures it looks like. Not saying she's not a stunning girl because she is. Then if you contrast Grace with Matt McCusker's wife Brittany, it makes sense that Matt is against extreme plastic surgery, as his wife is a natural beauty wearing her natural hair texture and not a lot of makeup. Matt also has two young daughters and I think that impacts why he wants to discourage plastic surgery so much and so good for him. I think Shane likes the big boob bimbos as he often doesn't seem to really connect deeply with any women and is more concerned with their looks and attributes. Whereas Matt seems to respect women a lot more and wants to connect meaningfully with his wife along with being attracted to her. Obviously these are my opinions, but I think it's kind of obvious how Shane treats and feels about women. And I'm not saying it's bad, Shane is the man, but he def seems like the type of guy who the thought of opening up to a woman is baffling. Shane's likely never met any girl he felt comfortable enough to cry in front of or tell a secret to and be vulnerable with and I think Shane thinks any man that is opening up to their partners is totally gay.
