Heather Baird and her son Ryder found a message in a bottle washed up on a beach last week and met the woman who wrote it in September 1988. A search of old phone records by the data analysis company Intellaegis led to Jan Popp who says she handwrote the message for her son. Jan was anxious to meet Heather and Ryder and invited them to her home with the help of INSIDE EDITION.
