In the US state of New Mexico armed militias are taking matters into their own hands by trying to stop migrants after crossing the border. Civil liberties monitors accuse them of detaining migrants illegally and impersonating officers. DW Correspondent Oliver Sallet spent three days with members of the militia. He sent us this report from El Paso in the neighboring state of Texas.
