This dairy free vegan maple coconut whipped cream is amazing on banana ice cream, ontop of gluten free pancakes, with chopped fruits, ontop of vegan pie, or other desserts... and much more! This one had too much liquid in it from the maple syrup to get as airy as normal whipped cream, so its more of a mousse, but delicious none the less!

This recipe calls for
2 cans coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla powder
1/2 cup maple syrup (Or sweeter of your choice)
