Performing with my custom eurorack modular system, donned with colorful patch cables, I have fashioned a custom skiff controller featuring a joystick, arcade buttons, pressure sensitive touchpads, and more. 🎧 Grab a pair of headphones and let the atmosphere wash over you!

✨Detailed patch notes are provided below.

✨Lead Synth 1: Noise Engineering Manis Iteritas through a TipTop Audio Z5000 Multi Effects Processor providing the long delays and performed on the Intellijel Tetrapad. Pressure on the Tetrapad is patched to VCF of Manis while a Make Noise Maths slews its pitch.

✨Synth Lead 2 Synthwerks MG-1 arcade button engages 100% probability of random gates to play on the Noise Engineering Inegra Funkitus which is sent to advance the sequence on the Make Noise Rene 2, thereby playing the Acid Rain Technology Chainsaw through the Make Noise QPAS into the Make Noise Mimeophon. When the arcade button is not engaged the synth lead has a ~30% chance to play. An Intellijel Plannar controls the VCF of QPAS on the Y axis. The X axis mixes in swelling, ambient, white noise to the whole mix.

✨Arpeggio Synth 1: Moog Subharmonicon holds down the rhythm of the piece. Three channels of a Malekko Heavy Industry Voltage Block are cycled through a switch to modulate the VFC along with sequence 2 as patched with a stackable cable from the Subharmonicon itself.

✨808 Drums: System 80 880.

✨Synth Bass: Cwejman BLD into the LPF of an Intellijel Polaris. It is recommended to listen with headphones or speakers for those low frequencies.

✨Arpeggio Synth 2: Mutable Instruments Plaits through the Strymon Magneto. Plaits’ Morph control is modulated by a slow, saw LFO on a Xaoc Devices Batumi and the Timbre control is modulated by a cycling Make Noise Maths.

✨Chord Pad: Qu-Bit Electronix Chord v2 through the Mutable Instruments Ripples with Voicing modulated by the Make Noise Music Wogglebug and Wave modulated by a slow, saw LFO from the Xaoc Devices Batumi.

✨Additional Ambient Noise Synths: Noise Engineering Ataraxic Iteritas through the Steady State Fate MMF & Noise Engineering BIA.

✨Main Sequencer: Winter Modular Eloquencer.

✨Mix through the WMD Devices Performance Mixer w/ Halls of Valhalla Reverb throughout from the Tiptop Audio Z-DSP.

✨Recorded on the Sound Devices Mix Pre 6 II.
