Juuma bench plane - test

I was interested to find out if the Chinese clones of the Line Nielsen bench planes are any good. All I could find on the internet was a few pictures and some small written reviews saying that they are actually fine planes. The price tag for the Lie Nielsen is 3 times that of the Juuma plane where I live.

My general experience with Chinese products is not good !! I very often was disappointed due to poor quality control, inferior materials and lack of spare parts and accessories. This time I decided to try this Chinese plane. Bought from a respectable retailer, so I didn't expect it to be completely hopeless. In this video I'll try to see what it is all about.

English is not my native tongue, so I apologize for the imperfect language. Hard to think, test, handle the plane, translate and talk at same time :-)
