This DH River in the mountains of North Carolina was absolutely stocked FULL of fish. But just because the fish are there doesn't mean they're always super easy to catch.

On this day in mid-November, we dealt with some finicky stocker trout that had clearly seen some pressure having been stocked 2 weeks prior. In order to fool a few of them, we broke out some unorthodox techniques that the fish likely hadn't seen often.
