TRANSCRIPTION:

Tomahawk throwing is a very simple thing to do if you know the few basic rules. One of the basic rules that you need is to know if you're 5 or 6 paces away from your target. So you count off 5 or 6 paces away from your target then you'll have your standard throwing tomahawk. I'm using right now our scout throwing tomahawk. It is 19" in length and it's about a pound and a half. What you need to know also is keeping your wrist locked at all times when you do your throw. The more your wrist is stiff and locked, the more consistent your throw will be. If you're throwing and using your wrist a lot then the throw isn't going to be consistent because you're using your wrist in different amounts each time you throw.

So you have your wrist locked, you're 5 or 6 paces away from your target and you just throw like in a baseball motion and you'll just let go here. It will rotate one rotation to your target at 5 to 6 paces away. It will rotate one rotation and it will hit against the log.
