The Chevrolet Camaro is on it's way out. Losing more and more market share to the Ford Mustang and Dodge Challenger, the Camaro has been abandoned by Chevrolet since it's emergency refresh a few years ago - slowly waiting to be axed. But before this unfortunate event becomes reality we test a fully-loaded Chevrolet Camaro 2SS 1LE. And it might just be the best sports car you can buy!

With 455 horsepower and 455 lb-ft from the 6.2L LT1 V8 powering the rear wheels and an amazing optional 6-speed manual (aside from the annoying second gear lockout) the Camaro has the basics of a good muscle car / pony car down. But add the amazing Alpha chassis, communicative steering, and a well-tuned suspension into the mix and you get a car that is extremely lively, yet capable. At the same time the Camaro is incredibly cheap for it's performance, clocking in at $61,038.00 CAD here in Canada.
