In this session, we are excited to introduce Mr. Safir Anand, a senior partner at Anand and Anand, accredited as one of India's top IP attorneys. With over 25 years of experience, Safir's efforts have led to an educational revolution in IP in the country's fashion industry. His dedication has resulted in Anand and Anand being awarded the recognition of Luxury Law Firm of the Year by the Luxury Law Alliance in 2020 and 2022. Safir has also served on the board of the Fashion Design Council of India, the country's apex fashion body.
