This is Choicer Voicer, a fanmade version of Choicest Voice, a Mario Party minigame where you do impressions of Mario characters. But this fangame lets you import your own custom sound clips into it, and you have to mimic the sounds as best as possible. I loaded up a bunch of packs for this and tried it out for the first time!
