Cleaning Rust on an Old 3HP Craftsman 113 Contractor Table Saw ... to Weld on !!

In this episode, I clean up a recently purchased used table saw. I was in the market for a welding table or metal working table when I came across a video of someone finding one of these to do welding on. I thought it was a great idea so I went out and got one myself. I know, wood workers will be up in arms over this but I think I can still maintain the surface to be dual purpose. Only time will tell.
