Today I will review the latest 5th generation of Paul Rubens YouLan Artist Watercolours, which are a set of 24 half pans in a gorgeous pink tin palette. I also received some of their 100% cotton rag watercolour paper, which has glitter in it! Are these supplies as lovely as I think they will be? Let's find out!
