V-Rally 2 - Autopilot Cheat

A comment made me realize i had this all researched years ago, but there is no video that i know of about it. So here we go, an autopilot cheat for all 3 regions of V-Rally 2.
The toggles work on each player's respective controller, and they use "reverse joker" values.

0011 is for Select + UP
0041 is for Select + DOWN

There are more car behaviors, such as 0004 being the handbrake turn the car does at the end of linear stages, and 0005 just pulling the car to a stop via the handbrake, similar to an arcade timeout fail.
Finish-ai seems to be value 0003 but i saw no difference with 0001.
