This cinnamon graham ice cream also has a salted graham cracker ripple that stays crunchy and perfectly balances the sweet cinnamon frozen custard!

I was inspired to make this recipe after having Handel's cinnamon graham ice cream, and I'm happy to say this homemade ice cream is just as good—if not better—than it!
