Outlook View in Browser still uses Internet Explorer

When you view an HTML formatted email message in Outlook, it does show dynamic objects such as animated Gifs, Flash objects, etc. But when you click "view in Browser" it always appears in Internet Explorer despite the boxes referring to your default browser. People are so frustraed with not being able to select their own broser sch as Google Chrome.
