This video shows how to get maximum performance in Persona 5 by using RPCS3 emulator. As you can see here, my CPU cannot OC to 4.7Ghz because my ancient mobo is very unstable and not stable enough to operate at that clock. Therefore, My CPU is OCed @ 4.646Ghz by using BCLK OC and the stability for this OC is 90%, which is good for me to play PS3 emulator.

My processor has TSX extension that is forced to enable by downgrading my bios to older version(CPU microcode that supports TSX extension for Haswell-Gen CPU).

For my case, my windows 10 pro v1909 is disabling the TSX extension although I already have downgrading my bios to the older version. I have to delete mcupdate_GenuineIntel.dll file in \Windows\System32 folder to successfully enable TSX extension in RPCS3 emulator.

The custom config file is used to improve performance in Persona 5 by setting both Accurate xfloat and Approximate xfloat to false. (You may notice that your Persona 5 image quality become sharper which can introduce some sharpening artifacts at edge of playable characters whenever you set the Approximate xfloat to false.)
