Yes this is all with my mouth! Some parts will sound/be played differently to allow me to breath otherwise I will pass out!

I have been 'mouth drumming' since I was about 11 years old! Once got into trouble by teacher thinking I was playing music from my phone :(

I do not play the drums (but play guitar), I have probably spent 1 and a half hours in my entire life on a drum kit, and that was like 9 years ago :(
