This sequence includes breathwork(Pranayama), Warmups, Asanas, relaxation(Yoga Nidra & Meditation). This can be practiced either in the morening, afternoon or evening on a light stomach for stress relases, improving flexibility and strength, energising, immunity, mental health and overall health.

Mayur Karthik, is the Head trainer at Sri Sri school of Yoga and an Art of Living Meditation and Yoga teacher, training under the tutelage of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. He is a passionate story teller, film maker and fitness enthusiast. Known to have developed six packs abs with Surya Namaskars, he endorses a combination of ancient and modern practice for fitness. He holds an engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation and Masters in Biological sciences from BITS Pilani.
