In the latest edition of the Access Sport Podcast we caught up with 2024 Newcastle alumni Tamar Straker before she heads off on the next step of her journey to study for a sports science degree at Northumberland University.

Tamara discussed how her family got her into sport at a young age, her journey with Access Sport College Newcastle, the importance of taking every opportunity on offer and how the diversity of the course has opened her opportunities to explore new career pathways such as performance analytics, sports science and physio alongside her original passion for coaching.
