Create a Block Dissolve transition in Adobe Premiere Pro CC, follow these steps:
What is Block Dissolve?
The Block Dissolve transition randomly replaces blocks of pixels from one clip to another, creating a mosaic-like dissolve effect. It's commonly used for stylized or retro transitions.

How to Apply Block Dissolve in Premiere Pro CC:
• Open Your Project in Premiere Pro CC.
• Import Your Clips into the timeline (Clip A followed by Clip B).

Go to the Effects Panel:
• You can find it in the "Effects" workspace or by navigating to:
• Window → Effects

Search for “Block Dissolve”:
In the Effects panel, type Block Dissolve into the search bar.

Apply the Effect:
Drag and drop the Block Dissolve transition onto the cut between the two clips on the timeline.

Adjust the Duration (Optional):
Click and drag the ends of the transition in the timeline to change how long it takes.

Preview the Transition:
Press Spacebar to play back the transition in the Program Monitor.
