Mumbai PMLA Court Grants Bail to Yes Bank Founder | Criticizes ED & CBI Conduct

A Special Court formed to Hear Cases under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act or the PMLA granted bail to the Yes Bank Founder, Rana Kapoor. Mr. Kapoor was arrested in relation to his involvement in fraudulent loans of Bout Rs. 200 Crore given to Mack Star Marketing Private Limited.
