The quaint terminus station branching off from the main line, never to be a terminus again. In this video we pay our last visit to Thornlie Station while it was still a terminus, the only heritage line terminus with proper buffers that you could walk around the end of. The platform will be extended during the shutdown and the buffers removed, with a new modern concourse built on top to connect the two platforms.
